Malaysia PM Economic Adviser Says Fuel Supply Will Be Adequate This Year

According to Sina Finance, Malaysia's prime minister's economic adviser said the government is confident it will secure adequate fuel supplies by year-end. He told local media on Friday that upside risks to fuel prices remain because of geopolitical tensions and disruptions to key shipping routes. As demand continues to grow, the government may accelerate spending to fund key infrastructure projects such as water supply and power generation.
